**Description**
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
* Delivering business results committed to both top and bottom-line growth with a strong understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability.
* Preparing proposals, quote prices, and promise delivery within established limits.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential new customers.
* Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
* Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers within the sales territory.
* Developing new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
* Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (i.e., quarterly sales and budget results and annual forecasts).
* Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
* A Bachelors Degree in Business or other related discipline preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
* Minimum of two years of Outside Sales experience
* Sandler Selling background preferred, but not required
