Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years in human resources with comprehensive knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Legal Knowledge: Ability to interpret and apply federal and state employment laws.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate curiosity and learn about the business, understanding the roles of frontline employees and leaders.
  • HR Processes: Collaborate with leaders on job profile development, performance evaluations, staffing, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Support and coach leaders through employee relations, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Talent Initiatives: Communicate and support HR processes and initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Change Management: Partner with leaders on organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and transition.
  • Positive Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with managers and employees.
  • Community Relations: Engage in local recruitment efforts and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Compensation and Recognition: Ensure programs achieve intended goals for the business unit.
  • Communication: Support internal communications, including Intranet and social media content.
  • Compliance: Support ISO, customer, and quality audits for the business/site.
  • Environmental, Quality, and Safety: Adhere to all relevant procedures and requirements.

  • Primary Internal Customers: Hourly Employees
