Our Shift Leaders are hands on managers, working side by side with our team members and leaders to help foster teamwork and create a best in class experience for each and every guest. 
We are seeking a manager that has the demonstrated ability to lead a great team in a fun and fast-paced environment, as well as manage the labor, inventory, quality, safety and productivity of our restaurant - all in accordance with our weekly and monthly goals/objectives. 
Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements include:
1-3 years management experience (restaurant management a plus)
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Demonstrated ability to lead, recognize, and engage successful talent and build strong teams
Excels at communicating effectively with your team and guests
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and ability handle stressful situations well.
Positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork
Demonstrates our Core 4Values
Excitement to learn and take initiative
Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)
