Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting produce
- Assist with meal preparation under the guidance of the chef or cook
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage areas
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for meal offerings

Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in food preparation or catering
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
