- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking the right questions and listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles with road tests.
- Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives and planned activities.
- Keep up with incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain a prospect development system.
- Attend daily training and sales meetings.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Auto Sales experience preferred but not required
- Sales experience in any industry preferred
- Outgoing personality and good customer service skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Computer proficient
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
