Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee and lead a team of maintenance workers in performing various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed, including but not limited to irrigation system repairs, building maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the maintenance or landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in groundskeeping.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide feedback to team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
