Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
