Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented part-time Events and Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing events of varying types and sizes, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from start to finish while simultaneously managing administrative duties. This role involves a combination of event coordination, catering management, housekeeping, social media, and overall facility efficiency and effectiveness to enhance the event experience. We are a growing company, and this role is perfect for a self-starter that is looking for a role with a high growth potential.
Primary Responsibilities
-Coordinating and booking food vendors
- Printing and displaying needed materials (folders, nametags, handouts, signage, etc.)
- Purchasing necessary materials from local markets (e.g.: Costco, Sprouts)
- Set up and maintain designated break areas with refreshments and comfortable seating and/or gathering areas
- Take quality photos during events to capture key moments and highlights
- Collaborate with team to develop and post on social media channels (such as Instagram) during events for marketing purposes
- Ensure smooth flow of breaks and lunches for attendees
- Manage the setup, replenishment and cleanup of food and beverage stations
- Share any client requests/leads from the course to the team
- Assist with any social media posts to promote the event
- Upload any photos taken into the Ci content library

Preferred Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred
· Strong organizational and process management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes
· Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and/or weekends, as required
· Detail oriented and keen eye for aesthetics and quality
· Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is a plus
Work Location
The Ci Live Experience Center is located in Denver, CO, near Denver International Airport. This position will report to this Denver office and will occasionally require independent operation within the facility without any other present employees.

Upon assignment by management, limited travel may be requested to various conferences, events, or meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated base hourly rate is $24/hour. Individual base pay depends on various factors including relevant experience and skills, complexity and responsibility of role and job duties/requirements. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated on an annual basis. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. This position is an intermediate-level, part-time role expected to require 20-35 hours/week.
