Responsibilities :
- Repairing and replacing decks to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Addressing siding issues promptly through repair or replacement to maintain property appearance and weather resistance.
- Conducting thorough cleaning of dryer ducts to prevent fire hazards and ensure efficient operation.
- Utilizing pressure washing techniques to restore surfaces to their optimal condition.
- Installing and replacing doors and windows for enhanced security and energy efficiency.
- Performing concrete repairs to uphold safety standards and prolong the lifespan of structures.
- Installing and repairing gutters and downspouts to safeguard against water damage.
- Engaging in landscaping and grounds maintenance to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
