Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial and educational construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction jobsite management and possess expertise in utilizing various construction software tools.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor and control project budgets

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of quality control procedures in construction

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
