Full Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Independent Insurance Agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The primary objective of this role would be to manage our clients in their Commercial Lines Accounts. The position would be full-time, Monday - Friday (no weekends), 40 hours per week. Additional opportunity for income based on sales with commission payout. Must be extremely reliable and ready to work. Potential compensation would also be paid for sales generated for the agency.

MUST HAVE PA P&C LICENSE PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI's).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Request endorsements.
• Experience using ANY independent agency management system is preferred (high demand for HAWKSOFT)

Other Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and upselling opportunities
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and CMS/CRM software
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
