Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth operations within our agency. Ideal candidates will possess a valid 440 license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process insurance reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues effectively and maintain client satisfaction.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and follow-up activities.
• Assist agents with additional insurance-related tasks as needed.
