Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player tojoin our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker andprovide 5-star customer service.

Duties :

• Check in / out
• Answering multi-line phones
• Verify insurances
• Scanning
• Handle high call volume
• Other office duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be friendly, punctual and ablet o multitask and perform awide variety of front desk activities.
• Dermatology Front Desk experience is preferred.

Additional Information

Job Type :

Full-time : Monday-Friday

Experience :

1-2 years of front desk experience preferable

Education :

• High school diploma or equivalent
