Role Description

This is a per diem on-site role for a PRN Physical Therapist and Assistant. The PRN Physical Therapist and Assistant will provide patient care, perform physical therapy treatments, assist with rehabilitation exercises, and document patient progress. The role also involves working closely with the therapy team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Medicine and Physical Therapy skills
• Experience in rehabilitation and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts
• Additional certifications or specialized training in orthopedic or sports physical therapy is a plus
