Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical operations and provide guidance to our team of healthcare professionals. Candidates must be licensed with a master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. A Ph. D. is preferred, as well as three to five years of clinical supervisory experience, marketing skills, an eclectic approach to practice, and fiscal management.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing
- Provide specialized care for patients with PTSD
- Offer counseling services for children and families
- Implement motivational enhancement and Cognitive Behavioral techniques
- Lead clinical team

-Work collaborately with the Operations Coordinator

Skills:
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques
- Experience in child and family counseling
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards
- Specialized care in PTSD treatment
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions
- Skilled in behavioral therapy approaches
