Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in glass installation, repair, and replacement for both residential and commercial properties. The Glazier will work with a variety of glass types and window systems, ensuring precise and secure installations. A key part of this role includes building custom heavy glass shower door enclosures, including but not limited to sliding, frameless, hinged, and Euroglide systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, and other fixtures.

- Build custom heavy glass shower door enclosures, including sliding, frameless, hinged, and Euroglide systems.

- Repair or replace broken or damaged glass.

- Install aluminum and glass storefronts.

- Apply weather seal or caulking to prevent air or water infiltration.

- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

- Handle and store glass safely to avoid damage.

- Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

- Ensure all installations comply with safety and building codes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Glazier.

- Proficiency in handling and installing various types of glass.

- Proven experience in building custom heavy glass shower door enclosures.

- Strong understanding of safety practices and building codes.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical fitness.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
