THE ROLE:
A Shift Supervisor will report to the Store Manager, and is responsible for supervising all store activities when on duty. Superior customer service experience and positive attitude is a must for this role. An ideal candidate will possess previous experience in retail management and sales.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 Handling phone calls and addressing customer queries
 Using cash register, bookings & sales
 Communicating with the party host on all event requirements
 Maintaining the flow of event and help execute all tasks within the required timeframe
 Ensuring and enforcing that the participants are following adequate safety measures and maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
 Build and maintain a fun, positive, interactive and enthusiastic environment at the store
 Motivate and encourage all team members
 Monitor and manage all events and planned sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Supervisory/Event management experience
 Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales or other related fields
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE:
 Excellent written and communication skills
 Must have experience working with kids in a kid friendly environment

REQUIRED:
 Must be able to lift 30-40lbs regularly throughout shifts
 Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift

Knowledge of:
 Principles and practices of job site safety, potential job hazards, and state and local regulations.
 Basic computer programs.
Skill and / or Ability to:
 Accurately operate a calculator and POS system.
