Responsibilities:
· Basic knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and cocktail recipes.
· Ability to mix classic and custom drinks
· Help develop bar menu, have a desire and creativity to come up with signature drinks
· Plan, restock and manage bar inventory
· Comply with food and beverage regulations
· Ability to multitask and perform in a high paced working environment
· Help hire, train, recruit and supervise bar staff
· Stay focused, organized, and guest oriented
Requirements:
· Working experience as a bartender or willing to learn
· Basic knowledge in mixing and garnishing drinks
· Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
· Leadership skills and problem solving skills, great attitude
· Strong communication skills
· Knowledge of working with a point-of-sale system or willing to learn
