We are growing our busy private (non-corporate) Dental Specialty Practice located on the East Side of Providence! We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our talented team of doctors and long-term staff in our state-of-art practice. Our practice has a family-feel with high emphasis on mutual respect and professionalism. A can-do, positive and professional attitude are required for consideration.
Requirements:
· Must have prior dental experience
· 5-star customer service
· Capable of handling multiple phone lines
· Ability to help answer patient questions
· Working independently
· Ability to thrive in fast pace environment
· Dependable
Responsibilities:
· Greeting and assisting patients at check-in/check-out
· Phone calls: multiple lines, making appointments, confirming appointments
· Overall scheduling management for three Doctors
· Explanation of insurance, payments and receipts
· Processing payments
· Meticulous organization related to communications with referral offices and patients
· General administrative responsibilities
Please note that compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
