As our brand continues to grow, and we are looking for a front desk receptionist who is friendly, hard-working, customer service-oriented, values health and fitness, and is passionate about helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle through fitness.
Elite Spartans is an innovative and rapidly growing fitness studio in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are getting ready to open our second location, and we need a strong team player on our personal training team. As our brand continues to grow, and we are looking for a front desk receptionist who is friendly, hard-working, customer service-oriented, values health and fitness, and is passionate about helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle through fitness.
- Bring the ENERGY and charisma to teaching boot camp classes no matter what time of day. It is critical that you can do this.
- Create and track customized workout sessions for recurring clients (only 1:1 personal training, not classes)
- Sales are NOT required, but is available as an option to earn extra money/commission
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (such as NASM, ACSM, etc), and CPR and AED certified
- Team Player: works well with colleagues and clients.
- High Performer: Goes the extra mile to provide excellence in service.
- Coachable: Open to constructive feedback.
- Positive, happy approach. Exercise is your passion!
- Really cares about people: remembers names of our clients!
- Exercises consistently and represents the fitness industry, exemplifying the objectives and values of the profession and the organization
- Morning shift (available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM- 1:00 PM) OR
- Evening shift (available Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM)
- We provide the clients, all you do is TRAIN and have FUN!
- Sales NOT REQUIRED.
- Monthly paid team bonding activities paid by the company (such as bowling, dinner, Spartan races, hikes, etc.)
- Monthly team workouts
- We cover 20% of any continuing education for full time employees (after 3 months of being with the company)
- Paid Time Off (after 6 months with the company)
- Commissions on sales
- Bonuses for Employee of the Month, etc.
