Job Description: Inside Sales Account Manager - Dubuque, Iowa

E-Mobile Engineering Group, a provider of engineering personnel to the manufacturing sector is a adding a part-time National Account Manager to our Dubuque office. You will be responsible for working with current manufacturing clients through-out North America and developing new additional business.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Working closely with current manufacturing clients and support them through excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Prospect potential new business through-out North America (on the phone and in person) calling on manufacturing companies and developing partnerships to promote company relational values:

• Retain and Support Current Book of Business
• Identify and Prospect new client, promote services, and strategically build your business
• Develop and maintain a sales network of your clients and potential prospects
• Use various tools to support recruitment of qualified candidates for your clients
• Negotiate rates with clients and facilitate placement of candidates in both contract and permanent positions
• Prepare and/or communicate job offers to candidates
• Responsible for all regular post sales follow up with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Prefer Bachelor's Degree - or AS Degree with 3 years of successful sales experience
• Sales and/or Recruiting experience required – inside/outside
• Any experience in manufacturing helpful
• Ability to develop proficiency working with sales and recruiting tools
• Must be experienced in MS Office
• Strong initiative and follow-through
• Exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Hourly Commission/Bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
