We are looking for a dedicated warehouse manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional capable of handling various warehouse support tasks and working effectively under pressure. This person should be comfortable with a high level of attention to detail and discretion and open to implementing new methods for improved results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and optimize systems for inventory tracking and management.
• Coordinate transportation planning to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee logistics operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with various teams to support wholesale, retail, and online operations.
• Manage materials effectively to support operational needs.
• Maintain strict inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Utilize equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate expertise in process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in demand planning and materials management.
• Solid understanding of Amazon FBA practices.
• Manage order fulfillment and distribution center operations.
• Proficiency in SAGE 100 or MAS90.
• Ensure logistics management and process improvement strategies.
• Maintain inventory control proficiency.

Additional Duties:

• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Resolve warehouse-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Maintain trusting relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager.
• MAS 90/200 SAGE Software experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
