Pay and Compensation:
- $30-$35/hour base rates plus Hazard Pay for select shifts
- Overtime and holiday pay
- Bonuses
Club Responsibilities:
- Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Complete certified nursing assistant records documenting care provided
- Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment
- Report to the charge nurse or administrative staff incidents or evidence of resident abuse or violation of residents' rights
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality
- Obtains data and accurately documents pertinent patient information
- Performs direct observation of patients for the purpose of identification of behaviors that are potentially hazardous to self or others and reports such
observations to appropriate personnel in appropriate time-frame - Performs other duties as assigned
- Provides and documents nutritional support for patients
- Reports actual and potential problems concerning the Registered Nurse
- Responds to questions from the patient, families and significant others in a prompt, courteous, positive manner, referring them to appropriate personnel if necessary
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate (Preferred)
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Acute Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Certified RN
- Great Communication Skills
- Punctual and Reliable
