Part time schedule: Tues, Thurs & Saturday

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Sales Associate at Elite Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the remodeling process, from product selection to project completion. Your keen eye for design, combined with your sales expertise, will guide clients in making informed decisions to achieve their dream spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting products for their remodeling projects, including countertops, cabinets, tiles, and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Owner and Assistant Manager to execute tasks and meet company objectives.
• Prepare and present estimates for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing and project details.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and documentation.
• Follow directions from the Owner and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the remodeling industry is preferred.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to assist clients in making aesthetic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 24 per week
