Empire Cooler Service Inc is Hiring an Order Entry Specialist Near Chicago, IL
Duties Will Include
- Validate lease/sales documentation is complete and policy compliant
- Accurately enter lease/sales data into appropriate system in timely matter
- Create accurate installation work orders and material orders based on sales submission
- Manage incoming calls from customer accounts with questions or sales requests
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Work with the Installation Supervisor on needed documentation/photos to ensure timely delivery/installation of equipment
- Enter preventative maintenance schedules for installed equipment in adherence to manufacturer’s specifications
- Keep records of customer interactions in Salesforce or KloudGin, when applicable
- Provide administrative support to assigned Sales Reps
- Coordinate with other departments to streamlines process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Development of product/industry knowledge
- 2-5 years progressive experience in an Order Entry, Data Entry or Sales Support role.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organization
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and customer orientations skills to adapt/respond to different situations and personalities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and follow dynamic processes
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce CRM required
