Purpose of Job:

Hot Melt operator works closely with their shift lead person to set up and operate Hot Melt machines according to Schedule and running conditions. To be efficient in operating, packing of product on to racks and keeping a close eye on quality. Also making sure all production is reported properly.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:

1) To set up and make sure layer is set up according to proper MO. And running conditions.

2) To check quality of product and finished weight according to running conditions.

4) Place all completed work on racks to be weighed

5) After Approval, properly pack product for shipping.

6) Operator is also reasonable for weighing up finished product, to enter into Acellos inventory control system and production sheet to be checked by lead person.

7) At the end of shift make sure area is picked up and resupplied for next shift.

High school diploma or GED.

Licenses/Certificates:

Experience:

· One year experience in manufacturing

Skills:

· Some mechanical ability, good hand eye coordination able to use computer

Physical Demands:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push rolling racks up to 400 pounds moving and palletizing finished rolls up 300 pounds.
