Epic Custom Glass is a growing, fast paced, family owned, local custom glass and mirror shop that services the Roaring Fork Valley. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager/ Dispatcher for our office. Must have the following job skills and Abilities.

• Must have Office Management Experience and Scheduling Experience
• Project Management to include: Preparing work orders for crew and receiving work orders from work crews
• Assisting General Manager and Owner with daily operations and Schedules.
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
• Construction Office Experience preferred
• Ordering Job Materials and Ability to Check Math/ Measurements
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, or supervisors
• Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
• Managing a fast paced office with multiple team members
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems ASAP, requests for services and Preparing daily work such as schedules
• Preparing Quotes and Work Orders
• Provide Excellent Customer Service to a High End Clientele
• Assist with HR and onboarding
• Must be able to Multi Task and have great attention to detail
• Must be a team player with a good attitude
• Answering Phones
• Data Entry
• Microsoft Office and General Computer Skills
• Conflict Resolution
• Ordering Materials
• Tracking Shipments & Processing Returns
