Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high performing team of insurance agents and support staff.
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and client retentin.
  • Oversee the day to day operations, including sales performances, marketing strategies and administrative functions.
  • Stay informed with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulotory requirements governing the insurance industry.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be willing to obtain property and casualty licenses
  • Experience with sales, business, finance, management or marketing.
