Expressive Pathways is a hiring for a part-time or full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (with Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) licensure)! Join our small practice and work alongside dedicated and passionate BCBAs and RBTs as we continue our mission to provide high-quality ABA services to our community members.

Education and Certifications Required:

  • PA State Behavior Specialist License
  • Clearances required prior to working with clients: PA State Child Abuse Clearance, Pennsylvania State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description: Assess behavioral excesses and deficits, identify observable, measurable target behaviors, develop goals and treatment plans in accordance with state and commercial insurance guidelines, provide consultation and training to direct care staff (BHT/RBT) and/or natural supports to implement interventions to meet stated treatment plan goals, and increase quality of life through behavior analysis for service recipients.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week
