Quality Technician
Five Star is looking for a skilled Quality Technician to join our quality assurance team. The Quality
Technician will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of materials, components, and
finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate
will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining
high-quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment to conduct accurate and

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in quality assurance or
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an ISO
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, methods, and tools, including calipers, micrometers,
- Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document inspection results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
