About the Role:

A day in the life: Our Warehouse Maintenance Technician would be versatile and proactive. This jack-of-all-trades role is essential to maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for hands-on tasks, familiarity with various tools, and a flexible approach to an ever-changing set of daily tasks and projects.

On a given day, as a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
• Sweep and clean warehouse floors using the designated equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the facility.
• Assist in setting up and organizing warehouse spaces for various projects and tasks.
• Operate basic tools and equipment to complete various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support warehouse operations by performing miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Blast Plant Superintendent regarding task status and any issues that arise.
• Occasionally assist with transporting materials or equipment as needed.
• Adhere to company work safety policies.
• Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned

Schedule & Travel:

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position located in Circleville, Ohio. This position would work dayshift (Flexible schedule to be agreed upon and maintained unless communicated otherwise)

The qualified candidate we seek is an Industrial Mil Checker and Paint Prep Technician with these QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proven experience in a maintenance, janitorial, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
