Position: Sales Representative

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales? Fenix Protect, a leading player in the home warranty industry and a proud subsidiary of Miramar Financial Holdings, LLC, is expanding its team and actively seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced Home Warranty Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through inbound calls, presenting comprehensive home warranty solutions.
• Strive for one-call closes by effectively communicating the value of our services.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Adapt and excel in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, with two Saturdays a month (Saturday hours until 4 pm).
