The goals and objectives of the agency are to serve the elderly, the handicapped and the chronically ill persons who would benefit from care in the home based on the medical, spiritual, intellectual and psycho-social needs of each person. As a community-based program, the staff interfaces with other health care provider in order to meet the needs of individuals and families across a spectrum of services.
