Forever Media Milford, DE is seeking a creative, hands-on Sales Manager with a passion for helping Account Executives expand their skills and reach their goals. The ideal candidate would have a track record of success in radio sales and sales management, experience selling music and spoken word formats and a strong understanding of digital advertising. Candidates must be relentless, goal-oriented leaders that can communicate with all levels of sellers. This position will require expertise in training, coaching, presentations and in-person client meetings.
This is a full-time position that requires residency in market with a compensation plan that includes competitive salary, overrides, incentives, health insurance and 401k plan. Three years of media sales management experience is preferred.
