Frontier Land Surveying is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Edmond, OK

Currently seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.
Job SummaryFrontier Land Surveying is searching for an individual to assist with accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and project production. The position is full time. A list of the responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
  • Answer telephone
  • Accounts payable entry and execution
  • Subconsultant invoice tracking and payment
  • Accounts receivable invoice drafting and payment processing
  • Time review and preparation for payroll
  • Financial reporting assistance
  • Supply tracking and orders
  • Creation and processing of letters for mail distribution
  • Assistance with project production including OKIE 811 calls, initial research, and basic CAD drafting
  • Assistance with proposal research and creation
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as some accounting knowledge. Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task is required.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Candidates are subject to a background check as well as pre-employment, annual, and random drug and alcohol screening.
