Futuro Media Group is seeking someone for ~60 hours/month to help coordinate their Development team’s fundraising efforts. In theory, this position is indefinite, but will start with 6 months, with an option to extend if both parties agree. This will be a fully remote, 1099 contract position. Must be qualified to work in the US.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage systems and streamline workflow. As we are a small shop, we are looking for a true team player: somebody who is proactive and pays close attention to detail. Salary Range: $22-28 per hour x 60 hours per month 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting a four-member team, the Part-Time Development Assistant will either be responsible for or will be co-responsible for the following:

• Raiser’s Edge gift processing
• Gift acknowledgments
• Gift-related uploads
• Database management/cleanup
• Document management
• Prospect research
• Other organization assignments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of Development logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge.
• Self-starter and creative thinker.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Tact and discretion.
• Spanish proficiency is appreciated but not required.
