PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and willing to take direction when given.

Duties Include:

Organize, track and file paperwork

Manage assigned tasks in timely matter

Answer all phone calls and handle correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Multitask and transition between requests as needed in order of priority

Direct support to controller, president and other staff

Create and update spreadsheets and information in software programs

Track office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit reports and prepare subcontracts as assigned

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
