Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility: Prepare documents for scanning by removing all binding elements. (paper clips, staples, etc.) Insert document separator sheets when applicable. Scan documents utilizing high speed scanners and large format scanners. Audit and Quality Check scanned document images. Ability to lift 30 - 45 lbs. Requirements: Experience with prepping and scanning documents. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Bilingual - (Fluent Spanish) Technical Skills and Proficiency: Knowledge of document prepping and scanning process. Knowledge of scanning software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
