```Duties```
- Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees
- Calculate and enter payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees on a timely basis
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of payroll tax returns and other related filings - H2A-Temporary Agricultural Workers on Visa seasonal employment seasonally -Support Office Staff -Provide Professional phone etiquette
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Proficient in using Word, Excel & PDF Fluent
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Strong analytical skills to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information -Highly organized Ability to multitask
-Have a sense of urgency, Motivated, Ability to deal with changing priorities - Bilingual (Spanish & English)- encouraged but not required
