Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with buffet food prep and service duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, including cleaning and refilling buffet items at pasta bar and carving station and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in the buffet area. Will also be responsible for assisting in preparation and presentation of all hot and cold food items and must be able to uphold company food safety and sanitation standards.
