Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Lead at Henry Tree & Company. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily tree care operations. This includes leading a crew, conducting tree assessments, performing pruning and removals, coordinating equipment and material logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service. The Crew Lead will also be responsible for managing schedules and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care operations, including pruning and removals
• Knowledge of arboriculture practices and safety protocols
• Ability to lead and supervise a crew
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate and maintain tree care equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Certifications such as ISA Arborist Certification or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP) are a plus
