Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
