Maintain presence at front desk, answers phones and directs calls, greet clients, escort clients to conference rooms, and serve clients a beverage.- Maintain conference rooms and keep supplies filled.- Provide clients with password and minimal technical assistance for statements- Prepare detailed client meeting packets for monthly, quarterly, or annual account reviews according to each client’s packet requirements for advisor meetings.- Run reports; update Investment Charters and Beneficiaries for client meetings.- Respond to walk-in client needs.- Maintain client files by filing client related forms and notes.- Complete verification calls to clients as requested.- Peer Review client service specialist work to verify for accuracy, and provideadditional client services as knowledge increases.- Develop training programs for direct personnel and communicate an understanding of the new processes throughout the company.- Have monthly meetings with direct reports and others to implement and evaluate and refine processes.- Review the work of others to provide regular performance feedback and develop skills and encourage growth. Conduct annual performance evaluations.- Schedule personnel, approve time off and time worked- Adhere to high professional standards and conduct; abide by company policies, Human Resource guidelines and employment law.- Be proficient in all procedures to provide backup as needed through department.
