Hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCaBA)
Helping Hands Behavior Therapy is looking for compassionate a Behavior Analyst to join the team in our local Tucson business. Work with a highly qualified mentor BCBA with 20 years of experience, specializing in ABA therapy and Natural Environment Training. We provide effective training and support in this role, through a board certified team, so Behavior Analysts can focus on clients. Helping Hands has developed a fun, caring team that is collaborative and supportive of each member.
The candidate will assist in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for therapy in the home, clinic, school and community. Behavior Analysts supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, provide assessments, write and monitor progression of behavior plans and develop and maintain relationships with clients. Prior experience in education, childcare or a behavioral health setting is advantageous. Work directly with children, families, schools and caregivers at home, in our clinic and in a child’s day-to-day environments.

We provide in-home and clinic-based behavior therapy to greater metro Tucson, Arizona. We also collaborate with schools, train caregivers and have a clinic in central Tucson. Each Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Behavior Therapy has received training from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA) who specializes in Natural Environment Training — a highly effective approach in applying therapy to real-world experiences. Through personalized programs and positive reinforcement, children participate in play-based learning activities supporting useful developmental skills. We promote independence in kids and adults, building on strengths and participation from schools and family members. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) encourages working alongside all other forms of support including but not limited to occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. We offer one of the best Natural Environment Training in ABA therapies in Southern Arizona.
