Cannabis Cultivation Technician

Overview

We are looking for a team member that brings a positive attitude with a fast-paced work ethic to work in production for our high energy cannabis company. Our focus lies in a quality product that we are proud to distribute among dispensaries all across the state of Michigan.

Job Essentials:

• Perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, foliar, and preventative sprays, waste disposal, cleaning, and inventory management.
• Manage cannabis plants, and tasks via the designated inventory management system.
• Maintain knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options, seeking continuing education as directed by the Head of Cultivation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool used in its appropriate place. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
• Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Perform facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Must be able to work flexible work schedule; must be available for overtime when required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Following provided SOPs to create a quality finished product
• Use of proper PPE, Gloves, masks, and hairnets when necessary
• Utilize machinery with attention to fine detail
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with co-workers
• Able to lift 40 lbs above waist
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and motions
• Positive attitude with an efficient mindset
• Maintain hyper focus at the task at hand
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
