Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers for our growing operations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in recruiting within the transportation or logistics industry who are looking for flexible, part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for driver and logistics positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate statuses in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices.
