We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Chief Information Office (vCIO) to join our team. The vCIO will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and retaining key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business owners, and IT Teams. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Account Management : Proactively manage client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Conduct regular account reviews, assess client needs, and identify opportunities to expand services and add value ensuring that their requirements are prioritized and address effectively. Act as a liaison between clients, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolution of issues. Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels through regular feedback, reviews, and assessments.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with their business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for technology and security enhancements. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, improve client engagement, and strengthen client relationships.
• Business Development : Support business development efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, participating in client prospecting activities with sales and presales. Work with Account Executives to gather requirements and write scope pf works using standard rate cards. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred by NOT required.
• Recommend a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or vCIO roles within the IT industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must have strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
