Job Description:
Must have experience in working with investors and realtors with Owner Finance Transactions. Speaking Spanish is a plus!
Deposit all checks/cashier’s checks.
Confirm incoming and outgoing wires and payments.
Save all information in the e-files accordingly.
Log in all in Quick Books accordingly
Create and track invoices monthly
Tracking and keeping up with spreadsheets weekly
Checking website for leads and follow up with them
Heavily involved in opening and closing client files
Funding files after closing
Disburse the checks.
Record transactions
Distribute final documents to buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies.
Answer phone calls and client questions
Assist with doc preparation
Experience Required
Knowledge of Owner Financing
Experience with HUDs /CDs approval and funding
A keen eye for accuracy
Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workload
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to multitask at a high level
Positive attitude and good communicator.
Must be a motivated self-starter and capable of adapting to ever changing environments.
Salary $40-$45 based on experience plus monthly bonus on production
