What started out as us simply making fresh pasta for our restaurants has quickly turned into a full service pasta company and an awesome little Italian pop up. We open Sunday, Monday And Tuesday nights but are looking to expand hours. The pizza we make lands somewhere in the middle of New York and New Haven style pies. Long slow cold fermentation on our dough combined with high heat and the best ingredients we can get our hands on. If you’re a pizza lover at heart, you have found your pizza team to work with!
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about creating delicious pizzas and pasta and works well with a small and tight team that loves what we do.
The pay rate is based on pooled tips for the staff.
