Hull 2 Prop is hiring one individual to add to our office administrative team. We are looking for someone with an outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude who is ready to learn. The position requires interacting with the general public and clients via calls, texts, emails, in person, and other communication systems. This office administrator position is located at our regional office off of Alico Rd. by I-75 in Fort Myers.

Opperations at Hull 2 Prop involve scuba diving and underwater maintenance in the marine industry. This staff member will need to know, or quickly learn, vessel and marine terminology. An individual with clerical skills that is already familiar with boating or marine activities will likely fit into this position very well.

Job Duties Include:

  • Cheerfully and knowledgeably answering phone calls and other company communications.
  • Assist with client text and emails.
  • Scheduling of client vessels / field staff (underwater divers).
  • Assist with company payroll.
  • Billing, filing, and paperwork management.
  • Assist other office staff and field staff members as needed.
  • Assist with handling social media accounts

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of: Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and computer skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work effectively under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
